Welcome to Belva’s. Here at Belva’s, we strive to ensure satisfaction for all members of our community. Our cashiers and admins work hard daily to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience at our restaurant. We hope to become an unforgettable place in the Roblox industry, for customers and staff! Join the group and be a part of our community today!
This handbook was created to give all users of our community information regarding our group, operations, etc. If you have any concerns regarding this handbook, please message us to ensure that our handbook is up to date. We hope that this handbook gives you all the information you need. If you have any questions or concerns, please message any of our staff and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Code of Conduct
This section was created to give our community members a general idea of our regulations, mainly in our games. Our hope is to create a positive and safe environment, so please ensure you abide by the rules at all times. If you do happen to break a rule, you will be given one reminder, which will then follow by a ban from our restaurant. By joining our group, you agree to the regulations set. If you happen to be banned by mistake, please ensure to let one of our admins know to fix it for you.
Trolling
Any sort of disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited from our games. You will be reminded once, and if you continue, you will be banned. Trying to disrupt the experience for our community members is strictly against our mission statement.
Exploiting
If you happen to exploit at our games, you will be permanently banned immediately with no reminder. It is strictly against Roblox’s Community Rules. This also means you are not allowed to bypass the chat filter as it will result in an immediate ban.
Common Sense
Please have common sense and do not waste our time. If something isn’t listed here, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have to be abided by. Finding loopholes through our rules is prohibited, you will be receiving a consequence depending on the severity of it.
Staff Promotions
This section was created for those who wish to know how staff promotions work. If you happen to encounter any sort of issue with your rank, message any admin and they will fix the problem. Please read the following information to learn how to rank up, either as a regular customer or as a staff member.
Trainee
In order to rank up to Trainee, you must join our Quiz Center and answer the multiple choice questions. Once you’ve done so (assuming you’ve answered the questions correctly), you will be ranked to Trainee. If you do not get ranked, please message an admin with proof of you passing your quiz.
Junior Cashier - Senior Cashier
In order to be promoted from Trainee - Cashier, you must attend a training session. After you’ve passed the training session, you will be promoted to the next rank and you can begin working behind the register! Please keep in mind that if you do not get ranked, you must message an admin to ensure you get ranked. Trainings are hosted everyday at 11 AM EST, 4 PM EST, and 7 PM EST, unless stated otherwise.
Intern
Once you’ve reached Senior Cashier, you must show a number of qualities to be recommended by our team. After having the rank of Senior Cashier for a week, you may apply for Intern using the Intern Application form which is open 24/7. More information regarding the application can be found within our communications server.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I report a staff member?
If you need to report an LR (Trainee-Senior Cashier), then contact any MR+. If you need to report an MR (Intern-Coordinator), then contact any HR+. If you need to report an HR (Board of Executives-Chief Executive Officer), then contact a member of the Leadership Team. The situation/report will be accessed further by the appropriate team.
What do I do if there is a development issue?
Either message the President or the Developer. If neither respond (which will most likely not happen), then you can ping us in our communications server. Please make sure your message is an actual issue otherwise you will not receive a response from us.
There is a disruptive customer in-game but no admins, what do I do?
Contact an MR+ through our communications server or the group wall. However, there will most likely be an MR+ in-game since we host shifts.
When are trainings hosted?
Trainings are hosted daily at 11 AM EST, 4 PM EST, and 7 PM EST.
When will Belva’s main games release?
Our games are currently being worked on by our developer. There is no estimated time of when it will be released, however we can say that it will be soon! For more information regarding development, sneak peeks, etc, you can take a look at our communications server!
I want to develop for Belva’s, is that possible?
Yes! However, we will inform our community if we are in need of developers (which we are currently not). For further information regarding development, message the President.

Affiliate Information
This section was created for all members of the community to gain information regarding our affiliate process or apply to become one of Belva’s affiliates. We are always looking for innovative and professional groups to become one of our affiliates. Please refer to the rest of this section for our requirements and further information. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact a member of the Leadership Team.
Affiliate Requirements
In order to become one of Belva’s affiliates, please ensure that your group meets the following requirements. Our HR team will further evaluate your group to ensure that our partnership is as successful as it can be. We do make exceptions for groups we believe has potential in the industry.
- Must have a minimum of 100 group members — exceptions can be made.
- Must have a fairly active community.
- Must be a professional group in the Roblox industry, as well as having a good reputation.
- Must have 2 representatives that can be contacted by our team, as well as having our events announced as we do the same.
- Your group will be evaluated by the HR team in terms of organization, professionalism, and operations.
Affiliate Application
Use the following questions below to submit an affiliate application to Belva’s. Please ensure you send it to a member of the HR team (Board of Executives - Chief Executive Officer) or to the Vice President and President. Your application will be further processed by our team and your results should be sent within a 72 hour period.

Ban Appeals
If you’ve been banned and you want to appeal your ban, please use the following questions to answer and send them to an HR team member. Your appeal will take 24-72 hours to be read and processed, once done, you will be messaged with your results. Please message someone in the HR team if there is an issue with your appeal/ban.
