File > Beta Features has been very excited lately.
This has been happening for a very long time, at least 2 years. Other people see this too, surprised I’ve never seen it mentioned.
Expected behavior
Should not open the beta features menu more than once.

Could be related to long compounded studio layout issues? You may not have them since I imagine your studio install is reset often. I can’t imagine what PC spec could possibly be related to this. Win 10 home, GTX 1070, I’ll speccy and dxdiag and attach privately tomorrow.
Is there a way to hard reset saved studio window layout so i can test this? Or a file that contains it that i can share?
I am also having this issue when the menu is opened is flickers like crazy then opens in my end
This dialog should not be related to panel layouts except maybe if you had really odd overall window sizing, which doesn’t appear to be the case from the video. Best would be to get to a reproduction on our end, so we’ll need as much info you have, esp. around screen resolution and scaling factors as that varies a lot.
