Trolling - 1 Warning, then a kick, if they come back and continue its a ban.
Spamming - Instant Ban, no warnings needed
Exploiting - Instant pban, no warnings needed
OD or explicit content - Instant ban, no warnings needed
Racist/Sexist/Vulgar language - Instant pban, no warnings needed
(Staff) Trolling - 2 Warnings, terminate and kick, if they come back and continue it’s a ban.
Spamming - Instant Ban and termination, no warnings needed
Exploiting - Instant pban and termination, no warnings needed
OD or explicit content - Instant ban and termination, no warnings needed
Racist/Sexist/Vulgar language - Instant pban and termination, no warnings needed
Grammar - 3 warnings, terminate and kick
Leaking - Instant pban and termination, no warnings needed
Hinting or asking for a promotion - Warning, terminated if continued.
Promotion Guide
The corporate and HR team looks for staff who are active, have good grammar, and are very professional. Starting with LR’s, they must attend a training to rank up until they get to Expert Griller. From there on, they must be promoted by someone who was ranking capabilities ( Head of Executives+). Know that once you get promoted, you do have a 1 week cool-down where you may not be promoted again. Hinting or asking for a promotion will result in an immediate termination from your rank.
