Billboard gui keeps getting bigger when i go further away and smaller when i come closer

I tried everything but i cant get the billboard gui to stay 1 size even if you go forward or back

You need to make sure that the billboard size is not like this:

but something like this:

The number 2 can be anything you want just an example.

Tip: Make sure that all descendants located in the billboardgui are scaled by percentage and not pixels or they will grow when you move back.
