On this specific game, whenever I load in, there’s ominous black fog that appears around me that is permanently stuck there, persisting across server reload.
On graphics 3, it flickers between being there and not. Graphics 1 is permanently stuck there. Max graphics gets rid of it for good it seems, but doesn’t render any shadows.
I theorize this is caused by either corrupted cache, shadows trying to appear on transparent surfaces, or just random lighting issues.

Yes, it persists in every server and rejoin. The shadows are also very weak on higher graphics, rendering as flat colors rather than actual shadows. FogMicroprofile.zip (1.4 MB)
Nothing seems out of the ordinary for the microprofiler. Seems to just be my rendering.

@fnublox (CC) I’ve seen you replied to similar bug reports, and I’m unsure if this fading artifact is related and/or fixed now?
I’m not able to replicate this issue anymore though, but if I get to, I’ll report back.
Been getting it too, on two different devices.
Unticking ‘Use2022Materials’ under Material Service properties fixes it but obviously then you are using old materials.
It seems like this graphics bug only occurs in places that use an “Atmosphere” object in Lighting. Atmospheric places would shroud all my MeshParts in sharp black shadows if I got too far away from them.
This rending bug has happened to me multiple times. Very annoying.
Though from my experiences it seems to happen at random when loading a place I’ve noticed, making it pretty hard to replicate.
