Blacow | Developer Forum Handbook :wave:

Welcome to Blacow Official Handbook. This handbook has been made to guide and provide assistance to the community of Blacow to make sure everyone understands crucial information in which we cannot repeat within the announcements or any other channels.

This handbook will contain everything you will be required to know as a Visitor and Staff Member of Blacow. If you have any questions, concerns or overall comments on this handbook which have not been addressed within it, please redirect to an Moderation Team member or above.

Please note that some aspects of information within this guide may be outdated as we cannot update it everyday. If you do have any concerns about this or anything that you believe is outdated, once again, please redirect to an Moderation Team member and we will attempt to have the problem resolved as quickly as we can.

Code of Conduct

At Blacow, We always ensure that everyone will be treated fairly with respect, to make that become true, everyone must abide by the rules. Failing to abide will face a punishment as we expect to make the community safe for all ages.

By playing our games meaning you have agreed to follow our rules in Blacow Main Game, Training Center and Application Center.

Warnable Offences

  • Caps abusing
  • Minor spamming
  • Threatening*

Kickable Offences

  • 3 warnings
  • Lack of clothing*
  • Causing drama
  • Alternative accounts to bypass a ban*
  • Asking for private information

Bannable Offences

  • Swearing
  • Major spamming
  • Scamming
  • Racism
  • Advertising
  • Online Dating
  • Exploiting
  • Hate speech
  • Major trolling
  • Raiding
  • 3 kicks
  • Inappropriate clothing

Abusive Commads

All MRs, HRs, and SHRs must be aware of the rules and tasks for Mods and Admins. Permitted commands will be posted below. If a command is not in the following list, it is more than likely abuse. Please ask a HR or SR about a command before using if it is not listed.

All MR+ are instructed on when to use these commands. If you believe you’ve noticed abuse, report it to a HR or SHR.

Questions & Answers

How do I use commands correctly?

When kicking

Put 4 letters of their username, 1-3 letters shouldn’t be used.

Partnership requirements
  1. Your group must have 200+ Members; Please note that this member count tends to rise as we gain members and expand our community for professionalism purposes… (Non-Botted Members)
  2. Your Discord Server must have 50+ members in it; Same as above, please note that this amount tends to rise as our community expands and as we gain members within the group… (Non-Botted Members)
  3. Your group must hold down an overall professional look, as well as have a professional Staffing Management Team.
  4. Your group must not have a bad reputation within the ROBLOX Community.
  5. You must have a Discord and Roblox Group and must be willing to announce our events, host events with us and more.
  6. Your group must have professional made games, graphics and overall guides.
Affiliation application

If you would like to ally with Blacow, make a document and answer the following questions below. After that send the document to a Communications member.

  1. Give us a basic overview of your establishment. [Name, Genre.]

  2. Why do you wish to form a partnership with Blacow?

  3. How do you expect Blacow to benefit your group?

  4. How will your group benefit Blacow?

  5. Do you understand that if your group is to be held accountable for something, we have the right to terminate the affiliation?

Ban Appeals

Here At Blacow, we strive for our community to be as safe as possible. We do not tolerate any inappropriate behavior within the premises of Blacow. If we see a glimpse of you breaking any of our rules and policies, the staff team will take action. These include a termination, game-ban, and communications server bans from our community. Gladly, we do give second chances to those who can prove themselves worthy of being unbanned from the premises of our group. Here are the requirements:

  • You may appeal your ban and blacklists here.
  • You must wait up to 48 hours in order to appeal.
  • Please give us 72 hours to review your request.
  • Trolling in your appeal will result in you losing the chance to apply in the future.
  • Blacow may decline your appeal for any reason given.
  • Appeals should have effort to show you have improved from your mistakes.
  • You may reappeal one week following your last appeal.

  • Why would you like to be unbanned from Blacow?
  • Do you believe that you will improve your behavior? If so, how and why?
