Hi! I am trying to animate in blender from Mixamo but everyone made videos on the 2.8 or 2.79 but im used to and use 2.83.1 or whatever the current build is. Is there a new .py file or any alternatives because the .py file is broken for 2.83.1
In most cases, Blender 2.83.1’s layout and functionality is the same as 2.80. There might be a few changes, but they’re minor.
Therefore any tutorials you find that are 2.80 or later will be fine.
I’ll also mention that Blender questions are best searched for on Blender’s support forums, not here. You’ll find quicker answers (as in, you made this thread four hours ago and i’m only answering it now), and better help (I don’t know of every change in functionality from 2.80 to recent, I just know they’re minor).
Alright will do but it seems .py file is broken for blender 2.83.1
Then uninstall it and reinstall it. Or install 1.83.0 since it’ll be more stable.
