Blender animation breaking rig

So I’ve done some Blender Animations before, however I have only used it on the basic r16 avatar.
I tried animating a custom rig I created, it works perfectly in blender however when I import it into Studio using the Blender Animations Plugin, the orientation of some parts change, it’s honestly quite scary. Was wondering if anyone has any idea why this happens, if not I will just stick to studio animation for now.

Is the model fine before playing the animation? I’ve had a glitch where some of the rigs body parts where flipped and moved before I started animated again on the same rig, I’d say try to import the same mesh again after going to blender and exporting a second time from there, then do the same for the animation. There could’ve been a bug when importing the animation.
