HELP: Blender to Roblox Animation — Axis Totally Broken Even After Baking
Hey everyone,
I’m losing my mind over this.
I made an animation in Blender where I rotate a gun vertically like a clean 360° spin. I’m using the Blender-to-Roblox animation plugin (not FBX export) to import it into Roblox Studio.
But no matter what I do — the axis comes out completely wrong in Roblox. The gun spins diagonally or sideways instead of straight vertical.
What I’ve Tried:
- Applied all transforms in Blender (
Ctrl + A → Location, Rotation, Scale) - Set rotation mode to XYZ Euler
- Baked the animation (
Pose → Animation → Bake Action) with:- Visual Keying
- Clear Constraints
- Only Selected Bones
I’m really stuck here, so any help would mean a lot ![]()
