[Blender Help] Animating a Garage Door

Hi all, I’m facing an issue with this garage door that I’m implementing into my game and I am close. I am new to animating in blender, let alone using hard body animations. I’ve got this problem where the armature moves rigidly. I’ve tried using damped tracks and follow path modifiers for both the armature as a whole and also as bone constraints. Neither seem to work as intended. Here’s the animation:

NOTE: Please ignore that the garage itself isn’t parented, I’ll do that when the armature curves properly along the curve.
