Everytime I export a character as a obj, and then import to blender this happens. My character model is so far away from the selection. How can I fix this so the selection is in the middle of my character?

Example:
Simple, select your model, go to Object which is at the top of the viewport frame, click Origin, and Set Origin to Geometry.
Oh, the reason why it is like that, is due to how far away from 0,0,0 the character was. You can fix that through the aforementioned solution, if that error happened.
That only works if the model or the character in the Roblox studio is positioned at the world’s Origin.

That’s exactly what my implication was. I only discovered that when I was using Blender and found it confusing about why the axes are completely way off. Then when I did check its distance away from 0, 0, 0, or the origin, in Studio and compared it with Blender, they were quite nearly accurately equal.
