Blender Sword Feedback

This is my 2nd version of my sword model for my upcoming game. I want to make this game the best game my brain can achieve so please, constructive criticism.

For anyone wondering what I mean by using gradients, I used UV editing and a gradient pallete. I unwrapped certain parts, did some scaling (it depends based on scenario), rotated the stuff, and applied it. “It’s something you learn with experience” - coming from someone who just learned in 30 minutes ago

This Blender sword model looks awesome! Great job on it! How long did it take to model? I’d say it’s not too bad of a sword model. Will you be making more models?

thanks! i spent around maybe 30 minutes modelling the thing, thats why i was unsure aswell. it’s for an upcoming game im making so ill probably model a pistol or so to make enough content for said game.

Its very good for a first model ever. You shouldve seen mine.

The only thing is the neon looks a little off and the tip of the sword isnt sharp. Its good overall, though

I’d suggest making the blade sharper and a bit longer. Great job for your first model though!

looks very good

but it also looks a bit like a dagger, so u should maybe make the sword much longer and sharper

alright @Foxstream52 @eatablerock @nizypizy2_alt @agentphillip07 i’ve edited the sword model and ill update the main post soon:

i successfully self taught myself how to use gradients and i think it looks wayyy better

for the hilt, i only beveled the bottom because when i beveled the top it looked like a toy sword

Edit: idk why picture quality is so bad soo:
