Hi, I’m Streeteenk, owner and leader of BlendIt Games. We have been developing games for 7 months, currently our most successful game was Hit Simulator which earned us 140,000 Visits.
Now we are creating an adventure based MMORPG game. You destroy monsters, get loot, summon a boss and unlock new worlds. Similar to a “Dungeons” game, but with a more open world.
We are looking for talented Roblox builders who can work in a friendly low-poly style. You’re getting hired because I can’t handle everything myself, I need to focus on 3D modeling as you build.
As part of optimizing the game, many meshs will be used, but will be modeled by the 3D modeler (me), your job is just to position these meshes, or build compilations with them. We will always be supporting you, since we will help you a few times when possible, I have experience with that too.
If you do not meet the requirements below we can talk about it quietly. You will also get some things to read before you start work, just to get a feel for optimization, a 15-minute reading.
Remember that when you are hired, you will be part of the team. You may work on other future projects, you may be removed from the team (by agreement of both), or you may leave on your own.
Here are some examples of game style, you should follow the same style. Current progress has been made by me and HGRIsSad.
Note that we opted for a few details, enough brilliance and a medieval style.
Be able to create a non-nauseating and attractive color palette.
Arrange the workspace by naming each Part or Model, and using Folders.

The whole project will be done in English, so you need to communicate in English. Respectively, the use of translator is allowed, and formality is not required.
You will be paid via percentage from 15% to 20%. Since the beginning of the work, the minimum profit expectation of the game is above 50,000 Robux, but this is an really low amount and easily surpassed.

I don’t really understand your requirements at all :
You are saying that the builder should know how to use those plugins, but I think that plugins are just there to make things easier and shouldn’t be a requirement, like F3x or any other plugins. I personally use only sbs and that’s all. That’s just my opinion hehe
Uh what? He is telling you that you need to know how to properly use them. Every plugin is made to make things easier but each plugin has it’s own way that it’s built with so you need to properly know how to use them.
We care a lot about the work quality of our employees, so we ask you to use these plugins as they are reliable and help with your workflow. As an example, Brushtool is used to position models in a procedural manner, which in addition to saving a lot of time, does not make you bored to work.
Some plugins like “Gapfill” will not be allowed, because they create too many unnecessary parts.

I could manage bans, advertisements, etc as well as the community for you guys. I know analytics and could help with when to release updates, what the community wants for an update, etc. I am a pretty good manager as I manage a group called StudioRealm, headed by @Hydriin which will be releasing games soon.
