Blocked users' nicks disappear after scrolling for long enough

If you have a ton of blocked people and you scroll very far down, all of the nicks suddenly stop loading in and disappear.

Expected behavior

I expect all of the nicknames to load, but they just disintegrate once i scroll down for long enough.
