Hey all! Quick balancing update here! (Happy April Fools!)

- Noob Hut blockite cost increased by 1.
- Noob Hut spawn speed increased by 2s.
- Fixed wizardius noobius AI.
- Wizardius Noobius cost decreased by 1.
- Wizardius Noobies damage decreased by 1.
- Fixes to explosive noob AI.
- Fixes to all AI.
- You can no longer place noob huts inside of eachother.
- If you do not have 6 cards in your current deck when joining you will be given random cards. (If you have any available.)
Next update won’t be for about a week now as I am working on a Haven Tycoon Remastered update!
