Host Guide:
I. Group Shouts:
Before a training session begins, the host must shout the session on the group to make people aware there is a training beginning.
Before Session:
[TRAININGS] Greetings, BloxWash, [USER] will be hosting a training session at [TIME] EST. Come on down to the training center for a chance to advance from your current rank.
Server Locked:
[TRAININGS] Unfortunately, the training session has been s-locked. If you missed it, do not worry as we will be hosting more soon!
Training Concluded:
[TRAININGS] The training session has ended successfully, congratulations if you passed! If you did, why not head on down to the car wash to celebrate your achievements?
Session Cancelled:
[TRAININGS] Sadly, the training session has been cancelled. If you missed it, be sure to look out for our next session!
Before the beginning of training, please rank the trainees, A and B for Cashier and C and D for Site Staff
For those training for Staff Assistant, they will just be split from the rest and trained separate.
After the co-host and Host join slock the server and begin.

Host: Before we may proceed with this training, my co-host will be going over some important rules which you should pay full attention to for a higher chance of passing.

m Do not go AFK without permission from a staff member. If we believe you are AFK for any reason, we will remove you from the server.
m I would also like to remind you that in order to pass your training, you must obtain a minimum of II out of III available points.
m Finally, try your best throughout the whole training session, and do not be disheartened if you fail, as there are many more opportunities for you to pass.

The training session will then proceed. Please use the following sections of this guide carefully and attentively, as they are different for each training group. Please ensure to use the correct section depending on the group you have been chosen to train.
Cashier Section:
The following section will be used by the trainer and helpers for the cashier part of the training.
Trainer:
Salutations everyone! My name is [USER] and I will be your trainer for the cashier section of your training session.
I will be going through what each section consists of and will describe how you need to perform for a higher chance of passing your training.
To begin, the training will consist of a total of III sections: greetings and outros, roleplay, and trolling simulations.
The first section, greetings and outros, will teach you exactly how you should greet visitors to the Carwash.
When working as a cashier at the carwash, you will be required to help people around the carwash to ensure their needs are met.
One of the first things you should do upon encountering visitors is to welcome and greet them to ensure they get the best experience possible.
Of course, we have standards as to how your greeting should look. One example of a suitable greeting could be:
Greetings, and welcome to BloxWash! My name is [USER] and I will be assisting you today. How may I help?
Once you have finished serving your customer, it is also expected that you wish them goodbye, and thank them for coming. This is known as an outro.
A good outro would look like:
Thank you for visiting Bloxwash! I hope you have enjoyed your service and we hope to see you again soon!
Please remember, when completing this round you must follow all the rules specified at the beginning of the session, otherwise we will have no choice but to fail.
Thank you for listening to procedures; the first round may now begin.
Helper:
Hello, I will be your helper for the entirety of this session.
As the trainer described, the first round will be the greetings test.
All of the information was provided by the trainer, however if you have any queries regarding the task of this round, feel free to bring those up now.
Answer any questions given.
Perfect! I will now begin to test you. When ready, please state your greeting. Once I have assessed your greeting, please state your outro.
They will provide their intro and outro and you will proceed to give them a point if they completed the round efficiently and met the requirements for the greeting.
Good job! Please now pay full attention to the trainer who will go over the next rounds procedures.
Once the round has finished, judge their performance to see if they are able to earn a promotion. Once you have finished deciding, inform them of their results, and take them to the host to be ranked if necessary. If they failed, you may prompt them to leave, and if they choose not to, kick them from the server.
Site Staff Section:
The following section will be used by the trainer and helpers of the site staff part of the training.
Trainer:
Salutations everyone! My name is [USER] and I will be your trainer for the site staff section of your training session.
I will be going through what each round consists of and will describe how you need to perform for a higher chance of passing your training.
The first round, greeting, will teach you exactly how you should greet visitors to the Carwash.
To begin, I will describe how this round will be carried out.
When operating the carwash, you will be required to ensure it is running well and that everyoneâs needs are being met.
One of the first things you should do upon encountering visitors is to welcome and greet them to ensure they get the best experience possible.
Of course, we have standards as to how your greeting should look.
One example of a suitable greeting could be:

Congratulations if you passed the first round! I will now be describing to you how you will carry out the second round.
For this round, we will be testing you on how well you are able to operate the car wash.
To ensure you are fully aware of how you should be doing this, you will simply need to follow all the correct instructions for how to run it, and provide good customer service at the same time.
To operate the wash, please look at the buttons seen there.
Reset camera will reset the screen so it says pull forward. The Conveyor button is what turns on and off the conveyor. Then the gate opens and closes the gate for people to get in.
Now that I have explained how this works, the test may now begin.
Watch the traineeâs performance of how well they operate the car wash, and determine whether or not they are suitable for earning the point. Remember to look at their greeting abilities and customer service skills too. If they meet the criteria, award them a point.
Congratulations if you passed that round! We will now be moving on to the final round of this training which will be the troller simulations.
In this round, your helper will act as a troller who you may encounter when working at the carwash.
If you are unsure, a troller is known as someone who is breaking the rules for their own personal entertainment. They can also be very disrespectful.
Within BloxWash, we have a very specific procedure for dealing with trollers, and therefore you should follow this to pass this round.
We offer a total of II warnings to trollers who are breaking our rules - one for each thing they do wrong.
After exceeding this limit, you will need to call a higher ranked staff member for assistance, as the person will need to be removed from the server.
Remember, you should only warn trollers for things that are against the rules, and you should not warn them too quickly, but not too slowly.
Here at BloxWash, we need to ensure that the community remains safe and friendly at all times, therefore we train you to deal with trollers appropriately.
If you are unsure on how to handle a troller after giving out both warnings, you should take the situation to Discard or the group wall, where an MR+ will help you out.
You should also keep in mind that warnings must be valid. One example of a valid warning could be âabusing capitals.â
If you are seen to have given invalid warnings in this round, you will have a lower chance of passing. An example of an invalid warning could be âacting spoiled.â
Remember this is not the only invalid warning, so please think carefully when giving out warnings to customers.
Providing you understand these procedures, we will now begin with the final round of this training. Good luck!

Staff Assistant Section:
This is for the trainers and helpers to train Senior Site Staff into Staff Assistants. They will be trained at the second gate after the cashier, but before the wash gate.
Before you begin, please do a safechat check. Either by doing âinfo [USER]â or asking them to say C7RN
Trainer:
Hello, welcome to the Staff Assistant training. My name is [USER] and I will be your trainer for today!
There will be a total of 4 rounds: Greeting/Outro, Trivia, Troller, Roleplay. Are you all ready to begin?
We will start with the Greeting/Outro test, please state your intro and your outro.
You will have 2 grammar strikes. I recommend copy and pasting for ease of access.
Please start.
Judge their intro and outro, and decide if they have passed. If they didnât please kick them from the server with a reason, then move onto the Trivia round.
We will now move onto the trivia round.
I will send you PM's with random questions related to BloxWash, and you will have 40 seconds to answer each question.
The helper will then use the pm command to send the following questions to the group.

Correct Answer: Hello, welcome to BloxWash. How can I help you today?
Question: Who is the owner of BloxWash?
Correct Answer: ModelWhhyyy
Question: What is the highest Middle Rank?
Correct Answer: Manager
Question: A customer has 3 warnings, what should you do?
Correct Answer: Find a Middle Rank or a High Rank and inform them that the player has 3 warnings and what for. Then request that they kick the player.
If they passed with getting 3 or more correct answers please congratulate them. If they failed, please kick them with a reason.
Trainer:
We will now move on to the Roleplay test.
Please treat me as a customer by stating your intro and so on.
You will be allowed 2 grammar strikes, if you exceed 2 strikes you will fail.
Please begin.
Judge their performance, if they fail, please kick them with a reason. If they pass please congratulate them. Then move on to the final round, the troller round.
We will now do the final test.
There are a max of 2 warnings before you must call an AM+ to kick.
If the person is spamming or exploiting, you must go immediately to a HR to ban them.
For this round, I will surprise you with a type of trolling, and you will have to treat it accordingly.
The round may now begin.
Judge them accordingly, and decide if they have passed or failed. Then bring them to a ranker so they can be ranked Staff Assistant.
