Rules
• Advertising is strictly prohibited. Violators will face consequences.
• Trolling is not allowed in any Bloxway facility or community server.
• Disrespectful behavior toward any member or community is prohibited and will result in punishment. Keep personal drama in private messages.
• Swearing or bypassing the filter is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban.
• Assistant Managers+ must use grammar in-game if they expect promotion.
Failure to use grammar will result in a warning, then demotion.
• Political discussions are not allowed. Continued discussion after warning results in a permanent ban.

District Intern+ Promotions
District Intern+ Promotions
District Intern is the first HR rank and comes with significant responsibility. HRs must:
• Maintain order in the restaurant
• Issue warnings and punishments when necessary
• Ensure a disturbance-free environment
• Stay active for at least 60 minutes per week
Requirements for HR Promotions:
• Professionalism
• Respectful conduct
• Proper grammar (in-game)
• Strong understanding of Bloxway operations
• Membership in the community server (unless approved otherwise)
Promotion hinting is prohibited and negatively affects your chances. Promotions occur through effort, activity, and performance—never expectation.

Trainee
• Attend a training session or earn points by serving customers and cleaning.
Junior Crew Member
• Take customer orders.
• Promoted through HR+ observation or points.
Crew Member
• Same responsibilities and promotion criteria as JCM.
Senior Crew Member (Final LR Rank)
• Same responsibilities and promotion criteria as previous crew ranks.
Staff Assistant
• Ensure the kitchen is functioning properly.
• Assist behind the counter as needed.
• Contact HR+ for troll-related issues.
• Promoted by HR+ or through points.
Supervisor
• Oversee kitchen operations.
• May supervise store if counter is overcrowded.
• Must comply with HR+ instructions or face demotion.
• Promoted by activity or points.
Assistant Manager / Manager
• Maintain kitchen order and assist where needed.
• Same promotion requirements as Supervisor.
• Must follow HR+ directives.
General Manager (Final MR Rank)
• Ensure LR & MR staff function properly.
• Eligible for District Intern when recommended by a District Officer+.
• Eligible to train at training! Must use the official training guide.

• Trainees & Trainers should arrive 15–20 minutes early.
• Trainings and shifts cannot overlap.

• Staff seeking promotion must work behind the counter.
