Welcome to BlueLine Resorts! Listed below are the descriptions of every role in our group and how to obtain them.
SHR Roles
Any SHR is eligible to host shifts at the Resort, keeping the resort busy and active!
- [10] Director of Resort Operations - Oversees all resort operations, staffing, and long-term direction. Ensures consistency across teams and sets the standard for leadership, guest experience, and internal systems.
- [9] Assistant Director of Resort Operations - Supports overall resort operations and assists with decision-making, staffing, and coordination across departments. Acts as a bridge between leadership and execution.
- [8] Head of Guest Experiences - Leads the guest experience strategy and ensures service quality across all teams. Focuses on refining operations, training standards, and overall guest satisfaction.
HR Roles
Any HR is eligible to host shifts at the Resort, keeping the resort busy and active!
- [7] Guest Experiences Director - Oversees daily operations and team performance while maintaining a high standard of guest experience. Has access to advanced moderation tools and additional in-game permissions, including Boardroom access and limited control over resort door locking/unlocking.
- [6] Guest Experiences Manager - Supports daily operations, assists with team oversight, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Handles moderation tasks and ensures team members are following standards.
MR Roles
- [5] Guest Services Supervisor - Supervises team members and helps maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Can use light moderation tools and has extended access within the resort, including entry when doors are locked.
- [4] Guest Services Lead - Acts as the first level of leadership, guiding and supporting team members while ensuring service standards are met. Handles basic moderation and assists with issue resolution.
LR Roles
- [3] Expert Ambassador - Experienced team member focused on delivering strong guest service while helping guide newer staff. Assists with operations and reports issues when needed.
- [2] Ambassador - Frontline staff responsible for guest interaction, including check-ins, café service, and room assistance. Reports concerns and contributes to a safe, welcoming environment.
Non-Staff Roles
- Hotel Guest - Obtain this role just by joining the group!
- Suspended/Under Review - Group members that are suspected of breaking our roles are placed Under Review while we conduct an investigation. Group members that have broken the rules may receive a temporary suspension rather than a permanent ban or exile.
