Boat Mass Issue

My boat is tipping over when colliding at certain speeds. I’m using body position to make the boat hover around part water.

It seems like the mass of the boat is too low. I’ve already tried increasing all the parts’ density in the boat to 100. Nothing seemed to change. A boat with a higher speed would have more of an issue.

How would I fix this?

Looks like a problem that’s easy to solve and has nothing to do with roblox’s bad physics system. There’s many ways of solving this

  • Change the boat’s CollisionFidelity to Box or Hull or just make a custom hitbox for the boat

  • Or make a script that runs forever and keeps the X and Z orientation of the boat on 0

The problem here is that the front of the boat has a triangular shape that it makes it go up when colliding with another part
