I own the Bombastic Crown of O’s hat that Roblox awarded me, but every time I try to display such an achievement in my collections tab on my profile page, it gives me the error “Failed to add to profile”.
A few months ago, I was able to add it just fine to my collections until I added more items to that category, which caused the crown to go out of sight, and then all of a sudden, I had the “Add to profile” button again.
It works just fine with my Golden Crown of O’s hat, and I’m really disappointed that I can’t have it on my profile.
I created countless reports on the support page, and the AI claims that they have all been submitted and reported, but I never got a response back.
