How to Appeal
To appeal for a Permanent Ban or a Discord ban, you may either:
• Join our Discord found on our Group Page Must be 13 years of age to join.
• In-game, tell an MR to PM (Private Message) you and say you’d like to appeal. They’ll forward your appeal to a Public Relations member.
• Message a member of the Public Relations Department about your appeal via Roblox.
Appeal Guidelines
• Sentences should be readable, you may use grammar if you’d like.
• 3+ sentences for each question.
• Appeals are only if it’s your first time being banned.
• Your appeal should be following our Code of Conduct (Coming Soon!).
• Don’t beg for your results. Time slots of when you’ll receive them are below.
• Appealing for a permanent ban and a Discord ban? Submit two appeals so we know.
• Give as much detail of the situation if possible. This helps us remember from our memory and understand what’s going on to see why you were banned, etc.
When finished with your appeal, it will take up to 24-48 hours to get results. If you are accepted, your ban is removed. However, you can still get the same punishment as you got before if you fail to comply with our Code of Conduct. This will result in a blacklist from appealing. So, make sure to follow regulations and be cautious.
If you fail your appeal, you can re-appeal in a week’s time. If you appeal earlier, an appeal blacklist will be formatted.
