BorderSizePixel isn't even!?

Just now noticed that BorderSizePixel isn’t giving even sizes!? I have it set at 4 and inset. However, the top-bottom sides are at 5 pixels!?

White is the frame, blue is the border size

How can this be? I can’t see any logical reason for one side to 5?

Also note, there is nothing inside the frame at all. completely empty frame

It’s probably because you used scale for one of your frames, and it just happens that the y axis occupies half of each frame (not too sure), or you’re using an emulator. Can we see the other properties as well as a screenshot of studio?
