Hello!
I recently published a halloween update for my game and I was planning on offering a quest for a free limited UGC. I uploaded 350 Copies of the UGC and pushed the update but I purposely didn’t make it publicly available in-game yet due to building anticipation.
I went to sleep, planning to release accessibility to it in the morning, however I woke up and all the stock was sold. I only allowed it to be purchasable from my specific game and I heard from players that there were bots who flooded the servers saying “SOLD OUT” and such.
I’m wondering if 1. Roblox would reimburse our funds or give us more stock & 2. If Roblox would punish all 450 bot accounts that obviously abused an exploit or something alike to obtain them.
