I was trying to upload a video thumbnail for my game on Thumbnails / Experience Detail Page.
What happened was: I paid once with a working link, had 500 robux deducted and I got a “Unknown Error”.
Then it happened again, another 500 robux gone, and maybe it was my error, but after refreshing I still don’t have my video thumbnail.
I want my 1000 robux back or 500 robux back + working video thumbnail on my game page.
Update: I have reached support with a request to refund me my 1000 robux. After a couple of days I got my robux back. Looks like this feature is very broken, still deducting robux (even if temporarily) and giving no reason why video thumbnail failed to be added.
Hi @maxvat, thank you for reporting. Video thumbnail upload was down for a few days and the team brought it back up last week. Most users have already been refunded, but we are still getting the list of remaining users and will refund them afterwards.
If this affected you and you haven’t been refunded yet but need your Robux now, feel free to reach out to Customer Support. Otherwise, you can wait a few more days for us to finish the refunds on our end. We’ll post here again when this is done.
