Executive Team

【Positions Open 24/7】

The Executive Team contains ranks from Management Intern to General Manager. The Executive Team is in charge of attending sessions, and moderating our group games. All rules and protocols are still in table. When applying, we ask that you show off who you are, we are looking for unique individuals who look forward to working in the positions, always trying their hardest. As said below, positions are open 24/7, with this all applications are reviewed everyday and acknowledged. However, if we are full on staff members applications will close until necessary.

Becoming a moderation member is the 4th group of team members found in Brassi, these set of users are needed and required to moderate the communications server, and public restaurant. Responsibility of managing the restaurant should be dealt within you, and the moderation team. All rules and protocols are still in able.

Rules

  • Drama - No creating drama within the restaurant. Therefore, doing so will lead to a kick from the restaurant.
  • Bypassing - Bypassing in the restaurant will result in a permeant ban and blacklist from the community and group itself, you will not be warned for your actions if done so.
  • Racist, homophobic or slurs - Racist, sexist or homophobic slurs are severely avoided at our establishment for a high number of reasons. Not are you disrespecting others, you are also disrespecting everyone by not following this rule. You are not allowed to post hate or horrible comments regarding someone’s differences, we are equal after all.
  • Respecting Others - You must display your utmost respect to those in the server and out, if you fail to follow this easy rule, you will be placed under a warning, and the moderation steps will progress as you get worse.
  • Spamming - Spamming content into our restaurant such as: emojis, links, mentions and more can get you banned from the Restaurant Server with a non appealable ban.
  • Roblox TOS - Please respect the ROBLOX TOS [Terms Of Service] when venturing in our group games or Restaurant Server. You must follow their rules and ours to be able to be here, let alone be welcome. If you are unaware of them, please check over them.

Affiliate Rules

Brassi is always looking for worthy establishments to form a partnership with! To ensure that all future affiliates are benefiting us, we’ve published a document that goes into further depth regarding our requirements, and our guidelines. With that being said, you may submit the application located at the bottom of the document to any member of our communications Department. We assure all individuals interested in a partnership that your application will be reviewed in up to 72 hours. Hinting any individual of our Administration Team to read your application will result in an immediate failure, regardless of the quality of your form.

Requirements

• Your establishment should have at least 500 members in the group.
• Your staff members should remain professional at all times.
• You should have a development plan, or an already completed build.
• No military groups, fan groups, or any other non-business related company.
• We require two-three representatives from your company to represent at Brassi.

Restaurant Leaders

1. All individuals at Brassi are required to maintain frequent activity unless they are on an Inactivity Notice. If you need to get more information regarding an Inactivity Notice or need to go on one, you may directly message a member of the Staffing Department to schedule one. The maximum amount of time an inactivity notice obtains is around 2 weeks, however, we will extend this in the situations when it must be extended. Inactivity is not favored at Brassi, therefore, you need to display your activity during your time here.

2. Staff Professionalism is a severely enforced rule at our restaurant for a number of reasons. You must be using professionalism during your discussions at our premises, or while completing tasks associated with our company. Failure to follow this rule could involve consequences as we highly notice those who are professional or those who are not that professional. Please have a good attitude present when you work at our premises or consequences will be sent your way.

3. The usage of grammar is required when working at Brassi as you have a more professional presence to customers who are served or seen by you. Usage of grammar is favored at all company groups, therefore, please use grammar fluently throughout your messages and chats. Failure to do so could result in minor consequences at first, but then you will be demoted or blacklisted depending on the severity of the misuse of grammar. We notice you more if you use the key values: activity, professionalism and usage of grammar.

Hinting for promotions in our company isn’t tolerated and can be easily reversed into a demotion if you make the choice to do so. We assure you that this will not be handled lightly, and you will be blacklisted from ever receiving a promotion at our premises if you decide to hint. We always look for worthy individuals to take on the roles as Executive and Administrator, and you are always given the opportunity to get promoted, however, we ask that you do not abuse this opportunity as you could be terminated and blacklisted.

Q: How can I become a Trainee here at Brassi?
A: You can become a Trainee by attending interviews hosted by our Executive Team.

Q: How can I get promoted as a Trainee?
A: You can get promoted as a Trainee by attending scheduled trainings hosted by our Executive Team.

Q: Is it possible to get Community Assistant, and how?
A: You can obtain Community Assistant by working hard as a Low Rank or applying when applications are open.

Q: How can I form an alliance with Brassi?
A: To form an alliance with Brassi you must first meet our requirements. Then, message a Public Relations member and they will help you through it from that point on.

Q: How will I know the status of my application?
A: If you apply, you cannot message someone to ask for your results, it will make us fail your application. If you applied for Executive and waiting for results they will be announced a few days after applications close, if you applied for Trainee then you will be ranked within 24-28 hours if you did pass. If you didn’t get ranked after those hours, then it’s safe to say you failed and can try again.

Q: What do I do if someone is violating rules/regulations.
A: If you see someone violating rules/regulations you are to contact an Executive immediately. They will then handle it from there.

Q: What if I’m not ranked to trainee within 24-48 hours.
A: If you weren’t ranked within 24-48 hours, unfortunately you most likely failed. And you’d have to take the application again if so.

Awaiting Training - Unlimited
The first Brassi Low rank that will attend trainings for a promotion

Waiter/Waitress - Unlimited
The second Low Rank member, these users will take your order and send it to the chefs

Host/Hostess - Unlimited
The third Low Rank Member, these members will be waiting in the front of the restaurant and will prepare a table for you and your party member(s)

Restaurant Chef - Unlimited
This is the first chef rank, these members will prepare your order.

Experienced Restaurant Chef - Unlimited
This is the second, and last chef rank, this rank can be earned by obtaining the set amount of points needed for a promotion, being a Experienced Restaurant Chef gives you the opportunity to become a Restaurant Leader

Restaurant Leader - 100/Unlimited

Restaurant Leaders is the first rank after Chef Ranks, these users are users that passed RL applications, or users who earned the position. These members have the chance of becoming a Executive Team member

Intern - 35

These members are interning executive members

Community Assistant - 25

This is the first official Executive Rank, these members are allowed to Assist at Sessions, and deal with trollers and recommend point cheaters

Restaurant Supervisor - 20

This is the second official Executive Rank, these members are allowed to assist, and co-host at sessions, these set of members in Brassi are also allowed to promote and demote Low Ranked members, they also have the ability to kick and deal with trollers and demote point cheaters

Restaurant Manager - 15

This is the third official Executive Rank, these group of members are allowed to Assistant, and Co-host, and Host Brassi Sessions, these members are also able to deal with trollers, exploiters and point cheaters. They also obtain the ability to demote, and promote members in the Low Rank team, adding on, they also have the ban and kick command. Some Restaurant Managers are in the Applications team, giving them the ability to read over applications.

General Managers - 13

This is the fourth and final Executive Rank, these members have the ability to Host, Co-host, and assist at Brassi Sessions. These members are also able to P-ban, ban, and kick exploiters and trollers from the Restaurant. They also have permission to demote, and promote lower ranked members if they think you are worthy, these set of users are in the applications team. They also have the ability to promote Restaurant Leaders to intern.

Board Of Executives - 12

Board of Executive is the first administration rank, these set of members in Brassi are required to do certain department work. Depending on each department, they will have the ability to deal with the Executive Team.

Communications Director - 2

This is the second Administration Team worker. These members are the directors of the communications department, these group of members have the ability to approve events dealing with the communications department, more information on the duties of this rank can be found in the community Server under Contact-Info.

Staff Management Director - 2

This is the third Administration Team worker. This members are the leaders of the Staffing Department, therefore, they are the leader(s) of the Executive Team, they have the ability to demote and promote members in the Executive Members, they also deal with the applications team, meaning so, they will announce applications, and application results.

Executive Director - 2

As an Executive Director, you oversee your department you worked in. You will also manage promotions within the Administration Team and help lead the Administration Team alongside Presidential Team members.

Vice President - 2

Vice-President is the first Presidential Team role. This person has worked hard as an Executive Director and has gained the position. They will help oversee their department they partook in and will help with Administration Team promotions

President - 1

President - The President is part of the Presidential Team that works exceedingly with the Ownership Team. They also assist in group operations with the Ownership Team and also oversee their department.

Co-Owner & Owner

Ownership Team members, these members are running the group itself.
