Brisko | Management Handbook

Under no circumstances should you leak anything in this handbook. Sending the link, taking screenshots, recording, etc., is strictly prohibited. This is for Employee Assistant+ only.

Introduction

Greetings, and welcome to the Brisko Management Team. Congratulations on your promotion to the management team! This handbook helps you to prepare yourself throughout the management team. We will cover extensive information regarding different aspects that all management members are required to know. This handbook will allow you to comprehend our system and the expectations required for you to be aware. Furthermore, as a middle rank, you are expected to follow activity requirements, the rules and regulations at Brisko. Please keep in mind that as a middle rank, you have more responsibilities than a low rank.

On behalf of Brisko, we understand it can be difficult to understand a new system, especially on your first day. Therefore, this handbook is here to help you. You are allowed to review this handbook whenever you feel lost or when you acquire assistance.

Code of Conduct

Behavior
Your behavior reflects your work ethic, which affects your promotion chances in good or bad ways. As a middle rank, you are required to remain professional and respectful at all times. Since you represent Brisko, under no circumstances should you be rude and/or unprofessional towards anyone. Furthermore, doing your job improperly is strictly prohibited. If you are caught causing disruption, being unprofessional, being disrespectful, etc., you will be warned and eventually demoted. With that being said, acting inappropriately is strictly prohibited; and will cause a discussion on whether you should be demoted or left with a warning.

Usage of Acronyms
We strongly suggest you do not use acronyms as some may not understand you. If you do not know what acronyms mean, it’s an abbreviation formed from other words’ initial letters and pronounced as a word. Such as “nvm,” “idc,” “brb,” etc. Using them is fine; however, we do not suggest it. Furthermore, using cuss acronyms is not allowed. The following: “LMFAO,” “LMAO,” etc., are cuss acronyms. These are deemed rude and offensive. If you use them, you’ll be warned, suspended, then terminated.

Activity
As a middle rank, activity is required. If you’re inactive, consequences will occur. Furthermore, you have high expectations for our middle ranks or higher to be active consistently. Being inconsistent will lower your chances of a promotion. Additionally, the requirements are to be completed every week. If you can’t complete your requirements, make an Inactivity Notice, then you’ll automatically be excused. For more information regarding inactivity notices, please read the Inactivity Notices section of the handbook. If you don’t know what your requirements are, please read the Activity Requirements of the handbook.

Dress Code
Brisko has strict dress code rules. You are required to wear Brisko middle-rank uniforms; there are two uniforms, female and male. The uniforms can be founded in the group store. After you bought, you must say !femalemruniform or !malemruniform during your shift in the game. If you aren’t wearing those, you will be given 45 seconds to change, exceeding the time limit will result in a consequence.

Blocking and Ghosting
As co-workers, you are required to work together and have proper teamwork. Under no circumstances should you block or ghost anyone. If you have drama with someone else, you are responsible for contacting a high rank. Additionally, to suggest not to bring personal drama into the public world, keep it all in direct messages.

Language
Since Roblox is a child platform, profanity is strictly prohibited (this includes bypassing the Roblox chat filter). Additionally, we strongly suggest you do not say the words “damn,” “God,” “Jesus,” etc., as some may find it offensive. Furthermore, saying racist words is not allowed; this will lead to an immediate demotion. Depending on the severity, you may also be blacklisted.

Resignation Policy

There are two types of resignations. One called ‘informal resignation,’ and the other called ‘formal resignation.’ Resigning formally is the best and only acceptable way to resign. If you informally resign (resigning without telling anyone; leaving the group and the Discord server), you will be immediately blacklisted from becoming a Brisko staff.

To resign formally, you are expected to DM a Management Director with a valid reason. Note that once you resign, you no longer have access to management documents. Furthermore, if you have any management documents saved, you are to delete them. If you are caught still having access to management documents, you will be blacklisted from Brisko.

Please keep in mind that if you would like to resign, you must have a valid reason; if not, your resignation request will not be accepted.

Tasks

Moderation
Whenever you are at the juice bar, you will supervise the LR and moderate the juice bar. You will be looking out for disruptions such as trolling, exploiting, bypassing, etc. You will give them the proper consequences. Trollers that are disrupting, cutting, fooling, spamming, or being rude will be given two warnings. Bypassers or trollers attempting to promote racist, sexism, or hate comments, receive only a warning. Exploiters do not receive any.

Trainings
You are needed to attend and assist in training; if you attend a lot of training—the higher chance you will be promoted.

Shifts
You are responsible for doing shifts to keep our group running and increase our group’s activity.

Inactivity Notices

Here at Brisko, we have activity requirements. However, if you are on an inactivity notice, you are excused from completing them. Keep in mind that you have a limit of 5 days; exceeding the limit will result in consequences. If you urgently need to create a notice that is longer than 5 days (maximum of 4 weeks), your reason must be valid or severe. Reasons such as:

  • Extreme fever
