Not too long ago, some sort of update caused a collection of items to have their thumbnails changed, some to extremely awkward positions such as the Crown of the Overseer Overlord. Here is the current thumbnail, as you can see it awkwardly sits at the bottom of the screen unlike being only half-shown.

The thumbnail should be fixed/reverted so it’s no longer in an awkward position.

May I suggest making a megathread of broken thumbnails instead of one for every item?
I suppose I can do that, but the past few times I’ve done that, roblox has ignored items in each list leaving items that were not fixed
(eventually they did, but it took months of continuous asking)
Im gonna stop posting until thee get fixed and if I find any more ill post once these are done
Thanks for flagging this. We did an update and fixed this. It might take some time to recache.
And good call on making a shorter message. We appreciate it. Mega threads make sense in that there are less tickets. Buti it’s not that we’re ignoring them. It’s just that they are infinitely harder to track, especially when some folks start listing more things in the comments section. We’d rather get more shorter ones that are easier and quicker to action.
That makes sense, that’s why I opted to try to keep shorter threads and combine certain items, I’ll be on the lookout for the change, the 2 Santa hats just updated as well so thank yous for that
