Bubble chat showing under a part if transparent

Bubble chat & Billboard UI is shown UNDER a part if it’s transparency is not set to either 0 or 1, for example:

Part Transparency set to 0

Part Transparency set to 0.15 (Does the same for all Transparencies except 0 or 1)

Try setting an attactchment to the part to where you want the bubble to display. Make sure to change you script though.
