This is Awesome!

Wow! This look’s really nice! This will really help with chatting in Roblox! Thanks for developing a new look for the chat, although I will miss the current one.
I’m interested in testing this feature!

Extremely interested. Would very much like to try it out myself!

This is an incredible feature; I would strongly recommend adding the option of turning on a Dark Mode for the chat bubbles. This would only be accessible to the developer of the game.
I’d hope not, because if the developer created the place with the old BubbleChat when it was still a toggle in Game Settings, and then left, it wouldn’t really be respecting their preferences to force their games over to it.

Thanks.
This update is HUGE!
I can predict some old veterans would try to customize the bubble chats to make it look like classic Roblox. I really can’t wait for this update to come out!
Roact is based on an industry standard and is used for performance, stability, and proper state management. There is no “normal way” to create UI.
While I love having more options for customization, this…
Feels like a step backwards, along with many other parts of the core layout being apart of the CoreGui. Certainly, the old one was still a pain to work with (for me anyways), but I feel like this and many other elements such as the backpack and player list could benefit from just being regular scripts.
This is already possible with the current BubbleChat, where you can customise it in its entirety. The new chat is a CoreScript however and only has these values which you can change:
I am in love with it! I would like to try it out in my game. 5480123922
Exactly what I was going for.
I think more modification options should be available, preferably a ModuleScript logic, where programmers can modify the content of the message (and Colours, Visibilty Distance, Etc.) with RichText Support.
For Example, I want to make it so certain players who buy a gamepass will have a special font prefix to their names. With the current BubbleChat that is possible but I am not sure it will be with the new one.
EDIT: This triggers my OCD and I don’t like it
