It might not be liking that black bar down the bottom.

Even though it is part of the sleeve?

Looking at the template, you can clearly make out where each thing starts and ends. I’m not overly familiar with the backend of how Roblox does it, but it might be some parts of it to be solid / clearly seperate from the clothing.

Also, what resolution is your image?

Halfway under the second dotted line on the arms is where it is transparent. That is also where the sleeves stops.

The resolution is 500x500.

The template’s resolution is different:

The template is also not perfectly square.

If your version is only 500x500, that may be why it isn’t being recognised.

Okay, I will go ahead and try that, thank you so much.

I had changed it to that resolution and it is still saying the same thing.

You need to use Roblox’s classic shirt and pants templates exactly, otherwise it will give an error like in the original post.

You can access Roblox’s classic clothing templates here, save them and give it a try, it should work: https://create.roblox.com/docs/art/classic-clothing#shirts-and-pants

I have been using the template for a minute. I tried to use it on template and the pixel size. It is still not working.

What other option do you think I should proceed.

Is the pixel size correct? Typically thats the issue.

is it outside the lines? that’s what happens sometimes for me
