Bug/glitch with the dropdown list of roles in Communities

In any group it doesn’t matter if it’s my own or from someone else, whenever i click the member category to see the list of players in each role, it doesn’t show up for me, it’s just blank. Strangely in my secondary account it shows up, i will put screenshots of the glitch/bug, i would like to know if this can be fixed and/or if anyone is having the same problem somehow.

It should be showing me the dropdown button to see the row of members in each role.

One thing i forgot to add, i already sent a report to Roblox Support.

Same thing happened to me, made a post about it earlier. No clue why it’s doing this.

Does it do the same thing that it goes back to normal when you change accounts or log out?

Update:

Now i checked and even on the roblox app and mobile app it happens, maybe it’s some frontend problem on roblox, or just some annoying bug for certain players.

This seems to be happening to my friend. There is also another bug I encountered, we started a new development group studio and it shows only 1 person (my partner) is only in the group when clearly I am too. I also checked my group which says I have 249 members but when it should say I have 251.

Community webpage does not display group rank list

Hi @EclipseMaster10 , we’re experimenting with a new UI where the members list is accessible by clicking the members count pill, e.g. [Screenshot 2025-10-13 at 12.20.07 PM] Can you see if you’re able to see the members list by clicking this? Thank you!
