[BUILDER NEEDED] British School Builder

Hello, I am new to this whole DevForum thing in terms of posting as I have only just recently become a Member, so, please comment below if there is something I have missed out which is vitally important when searching for a builder.

I am looking for a builder - preferably British, who can build me a UK state school. You do not need to be British but it is preferable as you will see my aim, vision and ideas more easily. The style, of course, must be British and pictures will be provided below (if I figure that out of course, if not they will be sent via discord!)

What I am asking for;

• Exterior and partial interior - roughly 20% furnished inside eg. furniture packs and some rooms (will be explained in more depth)
• 25 - 30 classrooms
• Honest, reliable and quick-paced dev (would like to start ASAP)
• Basic but realistic build - something which isn’t going to cause too much lag for people with low CPU’s. No low poly.

I guess by that, you mean no low poly building style? Since poly means polygons and everything has those.

Yeah but giving your price first before hand is better and gives us a clearer idea
