Message from our Founder
CREE is about making something that isn’t the same overused, unoriginal crap. Me being just barely a Generation Z, I find my generation is so hyper-focused on money, rather than quality, creative, fun, and original ideas that include everyone. At least as “inclusive” as one can be, obviously there is only so much that can be done, but I’m generally a fairly inclusive person.
I found redundancy to be a common trend in most Roblox groups I saw/participated in and eventually got sick of it. To combat this, I figured I’d make my own development group, CREE, which originally stood for the Creative Rebirth for Enriched Engineering, but now it’s simply known as “CREE Engineering, LLC™️”, pay developers what their actually worth and appreciate them, and then brainstorm with the what I had in mind, ergo… Operation Genesis, which is our current project.
Not only is CREE about being creative, but it’s also about being appreciative for what you have, being kind to others, and including others, even if that means trying to accommodate their challenges, because what minor inconvenience it may be to us, it’s a major inconvenience to them, and they never asked for it. As a trauma survivor with PTSD myself, among other disorders, I understand the daily struggle to an extent, thus, I do my part by helping where I can, and to that extent, I require my employers to ask if the employee has a disability and to inform that employee they aren’t required to disclose, but disclosure helps us accommodate their struggles.
Hopefully, this helps,
CREE Founder,
- Smug
