On Oct 2, 2026 (UTC+11), uploading worked fine in the morning. Then at some point, every bundle I uploaded from Studio with a hair accessory started failing, and got “Unknown error”. The window gives no other detail.
The same bundle without the hair uploads fine, and the hair uploads fine on its own. It only fails when both are uploaded together.
Avatar Auto Setup shows the same problem when it validates the bundle with the hair: “Validation failed for an unknown reason. Please try again or open a bug report if this issue persists.”
The same body passes ValidateUGCBodyPartAsync on all 6 parts, and the hair passes ValidateUGCAccessoryAsync.
