The automatically generated thumbnail for my Mini Baby Tom character bundle does not display the character’s actual head. Instead, the catalog thumbnail shows a default-looking gray Roblox head that is not part of the intended bundle appearance.
When the exact same bundle is equipped, the correct Talking Tom head appears properly, which shows that the bundle itself contains and renders the correct head. The issue appears to be specifically with the automatically generated catalog thumbnail.
Expected behavior:
The bundle thumbnail should display the complete character with the correct Talking Tom head, matching how the bundle appears when equipped.
Actual behavior:
The catalog thumbnail displays an incorrect default-looking gray head instead of the correct Talking Tom head.
Affected bundle:
This issue reproduces 100% of the time for me.
Reproduction Steps
- Open the Mini Baby Tom bundle page using the link above.
- Observe the automatically generated thumbnail on the bundle page.
- Notice that the thumbnail displays an incorrect gray head instead of the intended Talking Tom head.
- Equip the bundle.
- Observe that the correct Talking Tom head appears properly when equipped.
