What is Burger Express?
Burger Express is a restaurant industry promising excellent service accompanied by a wide range of juicy burgers. We strive to leave a positive and breath-taking impact on the Roblox community. We believe that we can bring the community together and create a positive environment by changing our overall procedures and way of working to make our group a more enjoyable place to work.
Burger Express was established on June 21st, 2025, by ImperialMajesty and has been providing excellent service ever since.
Information
Regulations
We have implemented additional regulations that our guests and staff members are required to follow. Non-compliance with these regulations will lead to moderation actions being taken on our premises.
General Rules
Disruption of gameplay is not permitted. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your removal from the server, depending on the severity. This includes remaining respectful to everyone.
Exploiting, hacking or any other major violation of the Roblox ToS will ultimately result in your blacklist from the community.
Raiding any server is not permitted. We retain the right to remove anyone who refuses to abide by this rule.
Advertisement isn’t permitted.
Staff Rules
All staff members should abide by the General Rules which have been put in place for the entire community.
All staff members should be using adequate, yet understandable English vocabulary. This includes using grammar whilst in staff areas. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your termination.
All staff members should not be abusing any staff-related systems in-game or on our communications server. Failure to abide by this rule will ultimately result in your termination, depending on the severity.
When representing Burger Express at an alliance you must abide by their community regulations. Grammar and professionalism must be shown when representing Burger Express.

The list below will detail the various group roles at Burger Express along with their respective responsibilities.
Non-Staff Ranks
Customer
This rank is designated to all those who join the Burger Express group. Customers are the users who play the game and order from our staff team.
Noted Customer
This rank is designated to high ranks who have resigned, or customers who have contributed to development. They are respected people of the group. There is no maximum capacity attached to this rank.
Allied Representative
This rank is for the partners and allies of Burger Express. The representatives of the partnered groups may claim this role.
Trainee Fryer
A trainee, with no staff experience who is awaiting an available training session. This rank is not considered a staff member.
Low Ranks
Junior Fryer
A staff member who has undergone 1 training session and has enough experience to serve customers.
Experienced Fryer
A staff member who has undergone 2 training sessions and has enough experience to cook for customers.
Professional Fryer
A staff member who has undergone 3 training sessions and owns the best cooking skills & experience in the kitchen.
Kitchen Leader
A staff member that has undergone all training sessions, has recently undergone an interview and has the most authority in the kitchen. They are eligible of helping others with concerns about the cooking-process. This rank has the ability to receive a promotion to ‘Staff Apprentice’. Middle Ranks
Staff Apprentice
A recently promoted Kitchen Leader. Staff Apprentices usually spend a few weeks learning about the Middle-Rank team and its daily operations. Apprentices undergo many examinations and trials with their advisors before they officially become a Middle Rank. They can only assist at sessions.
Staff Assistants
A Middle Rank who has enough experience and skills to supervise and assist colleagues at the restaurant. Staff Assistants are eligible of training & assisting in sessions.
Supervisor
A Middle Rank who has enough experience to supervise at the cafe and attend training sessions. Supervisors are eligible of hosting shifts at the restaurant.
Assistant Manager
A Middle Rank who has enough experience to supervise at the restaurant and attend training sessions. Assistant Managers are eligible of hosting shifts & sessions.
Manager
A Middle Rank who has enough experience to supervise at the restaurant and attend training sessions. Managers are eligible of hosting shifts & sessions.
General Manager
The highest Middle Rank in the group. General Managers can supervise at the restaurant, host, and attend sessions. General Managers are under the supervision of the Executive Team for a future High Rank position.
High Ranks
Executive Intern
A recently promoted General Manager member. Executive Intern learns about their assigned department and assists the Leads in decision-making.
Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistants are slightly experienced members of their department and start getting the hang around their department as they progress.
Executive Officer
The Executive Officers are experienced members of their department and handle all departmental work. The Executive Officers report to the Presidential Team & Department Leadership.
Executive Director
This is the highest role one can get before being considered for an Executive rank. With such, a lot more responsibility comes into action. Executive Directors work closely with their division’s leaders to ensure tasks are carried out smoothly, and all members of the team are on-point. The EOs are carefully monitored by the Presidential Team. Achieving this position isn’t straightforward – you have to consistently show dedication, commitment, leadership skills and true desire for the placement.
Developer
Our developers handle all of our functional games within Burger Express. They’re in-charge of updating our games and fixing any bugs or errors that are found, to ensure that each one of our players have a smooth experience while in-game.
Presidential Team
Presidential Associate
The Presidential Associates lead their assigned departments and assist the Presidential Team in decision-making.
The Maximum Capacity of this rank is 2 people.

Vice President
The Vice Presidents assists the Presidential Team in decision-making and assists the President with Presidential duties. They oversee their assigned departments. Whenever the President is absent, they take on the responsibilities as group owners. This rank is the most entrusted rank of the Presidential Team.
The Maximum Capacity of this rank is 2 people.

President
The President is the current and rightful owner of the group. The President manages the entire group and can overrule any decision made.

Kitchen Leader > Staff Apprentice
Demonstrate good activity by working at the restaurant, serving customers and engaging with the community and receive recommendations from other staff members.
Apply for the role through our applications that open monthly and announced in our communications server.
Management Promotion Requirements
Must be active in-game & within the community generally.

Executive Team
The Executive Team is a small team of dedicated High Rank individuals who are committed to providing an unforgettable experience. Aside from their daily department-related tasks, the executive team manages disciplinary actions, LR promotions, company reformations, staff efficiency & encrypting/logging of sensitive & mature information.
Presidential Team
The Presidential Team, which established Burger Express, hold the most significant roles within the group. They should be contacted exclusively for inquiries regarding to their roles or to report situations of a serious nature.
Affiliate Information
The list below provides information on our affiliates, detailing the process for becoming affiliated with Burger Express. For inquiries or concerns about alliances or alliance information, please reach out to the Public Relations Department.
Please ensure you adhere to the requirements listed below to affiliate with us.
Alliance Requirements
- No less than 100 Non-Botted Group Members.
- No less than 50 Non-Botted Discord Members.
- Must be a company, especially a Cafe, Restaurant or Hotel.
- Must have a good activity within your Establishment.
- Must have communicative staff members that utilize Grammar.
- Must maintain good Moderation within your Establishment.
- Must not sell or giveaway ranks with moderative or administrative powers.
- Must be well developed, with functional games, graphics & assets.
- Must not utilize free models at their premises.
- Must have a clean history with no past or current controversies.
- Must collaborate planned events & visits with our Establishment.
- Must prepare 2 representatives to announce our relevant functions.
Negotiations
An exception can be agreed upon if the group has no less than 50 members and If Discord has no less than 25 members. Only If the group is beneficial.
You must apply for an exception request & get it accepted before actually applying with an application.

Guidance
Contain all of your responses organized in a Google Document; get creative! Try to make the document look as neat as possible.
Try to write many sentences; long-response questions should receive an answer no shorter than 4 sentences.
Don’t ask about your application status for a minimum of 72 hours after submitting. We don’t just read every single application - we analyze, discuss & decide, and also write applications ourselves.
Use proper English grammar.
Do not send copied or troll applications. Failing to abide by this may result in a blacklist from ever applying again.
Proceed by opening up a support ticket with our Public Relations department in our communications server and send over your group’s resume. Ensure that you have included all of the information stated above.
The Public Relations Department reserves the right to deny your alliance application at their own discretion.

You will receive a ping in our communications server when a training session is about to begin by the host. In addition, a group shout will be posted reminding you that the session will begin shortly.
Be aware that some sessions may start at slightly different times or not be hosted depending on Staff availability.

Disciplinary Action
The list below provides information on how the Disciplinary Process works at Burger Express, depending on the type of regulation you have disobeyed.
How could I receive any form of disciplinary action?
You will receive consequences according on what type of regulation you have disobeyed and its severity.
What is the disciplinary process?
Staff members are obligated to use the current warning system when dealing with disruptive customers.
Respawn > Warn > Kick (if rejoined) Respawn > Server Ban
Staff members are obligated to use the current banning system when dealing with customers who break the Roblox Terms of Services.
Respawn > Server Ban
Staff members who disobey our community regulations are to be reported to a Middle Rank. The process regarding disruptive staff members will remain classified.
