Button Event Breaks On Respawn

I have a MouseEnter event added to a cloned textbutton that’s added when the player first joins. However, when the player resets, the event doesn’t work fire anymore. Also, the ResetOnSpawn property is disabled so I’m not sure why this is happening.

Where exactly did you put your script? If it’s under PlayerGui (cloned from StarterGui) or Backpack (if cloned from StarterPack), the script will be destroyed when the character respawns, which will destroy the connection. In order to ensure that scripts do not do this upon respawning, move them into the ResetOnSpawn false Gui or place it into PlayerScripts, which is a non-resetting container.
