Buying robux gives in game bonuses now?

I was looking through the robux buying options when I noticed this at the top of the page. It seems like roblox is offering a sword called the ‘Radiant Veil’ inside a game called Blade Ball if I buy robux. This isn’t an accesory on the catalog but an actual item inside the game.

When was this a thing? Where can I find out more about this feature? And how can I set up something similar so my game items can also be featured here?
