Buying robux problem?

[BroIIow (Brollow)]

I’m currently trying to buy robux, the one that includes the Gold Crown of Ozymandias, but whenever I try purchasing it using Paypal (like i always do), I get this error:

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

I tried purchasing on the site, on the app, on my phone, still doesnt work

I just did a purchase for 500 robux, and it went through just fine.

I also noticed that the bonus item says that there’s a bonus game pass, when it should be the Gold Crown of Ozymandias, not sure but that could be the issue
