In recent days, I came across a game on the Roblox home page. When I joined the game, I noticed a chat system on the right side of the screen that allows users of all ages to communicate with one another. I reported this chat system through Roblox’s in-game reporting feature, but despite nearly a month having passed, no action has been taken.
I have attached an image showing the chat system in question. Although this chat system partially relies on Roblox’s chat filtering system, it still allows users of all ages to communicate with each other. This creates a potential risk to child safety. For example, if you join the experience using an account that has not completed age verification, you are still able to chat with users of any age through this system.
I provided the game link and images in the box that only Roblox employees can see.
This experience continues to pose a risk to the safety standards of the Roblox platform. I respectfully request that the experience be removed from the platform and that appropriate moderation action be taken against the account responsible for publishing it.
