We are a new group. Our name in English means “Cafe Jam” hence the Chairwoman’s user “millyjam”.

                              **RANK REQUIREMENTS**

President:

  • Be either handpicked by chairwoman or chairman.

Vice president:

  • Be either handpicked by chairwoman, chairman or president.

Chief Executive Officer:

  • Be either handpicked by higher ranks or another CEO that is about to retire.

Chief Operating Officer:

  • Be voted by current SHRs. Gain approvals from all SHRs.

Chief Staff Officer:

  • Pass trials hosted by higher rank. Have 20 hours of activity in cafe. Host at least 20 interviews, 20 trainings and 10 trials. Supervised at least 20 trainings or interviews. Pass trials. Been Chief Communications Officer for at least 30 days.

Chief Communications Officer:

  • Pass trials hosted by higher rank. Have 15 hours of activity in a cafe. Host at least 15 interviews, 15 trainings and 10 trials. Pass trials. Been Shift Manager for at least 20 days.

Shift Manager:

  • Host at least 10 interviews, 10 trainings and 5 trials. Have 10 hours of activity in a cafe. Pass trials. Gain approval from 10 approvals, at least half of them should be from HR+. Been in Administrative Team for at least 15 days.

Administrative Team

  • Co-host at least 5 interviews, 5 trainings. Have 8 hours of activity in a cafe. Pass trials. Gain approval from 10 approvals, at least half of them should be from HR+. Been in Managment Team for at least 14 days.

Supervising Team

  • Co-host at least 4 interviews, 4 trainings. Have 6 hours of activity in a cafe. Pass trials. Gain approval from 10 approvals, at least half of them should be from HR+. Been Staff Assistant for at least 10 days.

Staff Assistant

  • Co-host at least 3 interviews, 3 trainings. Have 5 hours of activity in a cafe. Gain approval from 10 MRs+. Pass trials. Been Head Barista for at least 10 days.

Head Barista

  • Pass 2 trainings, admin training. Be Senior Barista for at least 5 days. Gain approval from 5 MRs+.

Senior Barista

  • Pass 1 trainings. Be Junior Barista for at least 3 days.

Junior Barista

  • Pass 1 training. Be a Trainee for a day.

Trainee

  • Pass interview.
