When you use the Device Emulator, usually you arent supposed to be able to select the Calibrate Physical Scaling, as it just opens a popup asking you to calibrate scaling. However, if you hover over the popup and scroll, you are actually able to choose Calibrate Physical Scaling as a mode to display. I doubt my system specs are required to fix this, but here they are anyways.
