Hello i tried to do a cashout via DevEX.i inputed 30k robux and cash-out.and then i noticed that my bank card is unable to get verified.might because im using a china bank card.i guess im not being able to get payment through devEX so i wonder what should i do if i want to get robux refund.

Contact support? This is a pretty serious matter as it’s pretty much all legal trouble. I recommend contacting a legal adviser or bank officials for help on this matter.
You basically need to send Roblox support emails. They will ask you for ID verification as well so have it at ready. (Assuming you are above 18.)

If you submitted a DevEx request and don’t have a portal account yet, you’ll get an email to make an account. If you just ignore that email / don’t enter any payment details, the DevEx team will return your Robux in the weeks after.

You would likely get a refund soon. When this happens to me, I get a refund within 24 hours, the amount you have requested for DevEx.

Thanks for ur respose.i apologise for using ur time but unfortunately there’s no people related to these in my country.i guess the bank official dont know what to do too because its not related to them cuz its all roblox issue.
just wait, Roblox will return the robux to you and tell you that the payment failed , and after this if you want , change bank card or bank country
