Can I mention certain WW2 battles in my game?

Hello. I was wondering if I would be able to mention some significant WW2 battles in my game (such as battle of France, battle of Minsk), without breaking TOS. They’d be mentioned only as the map name. I will not be mentioning some of the more bloody events, such as battle of Stalingrad.

Would this break TOS, and if so, how could I mention these events without breaking the TOS?

There are games called DDAY and such. I don’t believe its fine, as long as you aren’t mocking it.
