can i sell dev product from one experience in another experience using the same id if they are under the same community?

I don’t believe so.
What would be the point of selling a dev product from a different experience? Dev products are meant to be something you can purchase multiple times, with every purchase granting the item (or other thing you make it grant). For the most part, you are meant to purchase the dev product immediately.
If you meant a gamepass (which is only bought once), then you can sell it from a different experience within the same group. (You can even sell it from completely unrelated experiences (if you configure it right)).
What reason do you have to try and sell it from another experience? There’s probably an alternative way of achieving what you want (e.g. with badges)

Suprisingly, you actually can. In fact I did this with one of my first games that went semi-viral.
However, I would NOT recommend doing this as this will mess up your monetization stats on your main game, therefore likely preventing your game from getting boosted.
