Roblox toolbox provides many audio tracks. Can I use it in my games? I mean just sounds from 0 to 5 seconds.

ROBLOX Toolbox Is Like A Marketplace for Items.
Items are Uploaded By Players/People And Made Public for Others to Use.
Hence, I Don’t See An Issue with Using Anything from the Toolbox, (Especially Sounds)
Because they are Uploaded on there for Others to Use.

Can you? Yes I’d just be careful since some songs on there can earn you a copyright strike since a select few people have figured out ways to bypass the moderators and upload copyrighted music.
But in your case you should be fine.
