[1] How do I get a job here?
➳ To get a job at Candify, you must apply at our Application Center located in our groups games. Once you pass your application, you will need to attend a scheduled training session.
[2] When are training sessions hosted?
➳ Training sessions are hosted multiple times throughout the day. To view the exact times, head to the description of the Training Center.
[3] There is someone breaking our code of conduct at the bakery, what do I do?
➳ In the case someone is violating our conditions, you should contact an Employee Assistant+ via our group wall or Discord server.
[4] How do I become an MR?
➳ There are various ways of becoming an MR at Candify. Working hard and maintaining active is a feature that must be accomplished if you ever wish to achieve a Middle Rank Position. Applications come out every 3-4 weeks, alternatively, you could get recommended by an MR and go through a recommendation process.
[5] How do I rank up after attending a training session?
➳ To rank up after attending a training session, you can either continue attending training sessions or earn points to get promoted.

Low Ranks
When you join Candify, you will be considered a Low Rank. Low Ranks are crucial to Candify’s success. Without Low Ranks, our activity would plummet severely.
Customer
➳ If you obtain the Customer position, you have the ability to go to the Confectionery, hang out with friends and order food. You are automatically placed into this rank upon joining the group.
➳ Rank Limit: ∞
Noted Customer
➳ The role Noted Customer is for Former Corporates, Developers and allied representatives. This cannot be obtained any other way.
➳ Rank Limit: ∞
Trainee
➳ If you are a Trainee, you have passed your application at the Application Center. To progress further you must attend a scheduled training session which is hosted daily.

Confectionery Intern
➳ Confectionery Intern’s have just passed a training session and are now ready to work at the Confectionery. To become a Junior Confectioner, they must attend another training session!

Junior Confectioner
➳ Junior Confectioners have passed a training session. To become a Senior Confectioner, they must attend another session.
➳ Rank Limit: ∞
Senior Confectioner
➳ To obtain Senior Staff, you must attend a training session and be a Junior Confectioner.
➳ Rank Limit: ∞
Kitchen Leader
➳ To obtain Kitchen Leader you must earn 350 points and be a Senior Confectioner. Kitchen Leader is also a gamepass that can be purchased to become the highest LR rank.

Middle Ranks
Middle Ranks are vital to the protection and wellbeing of Candify. They moderate at the Confectionery and help, train and host training sessions.
Employee Assistant
➳ Employee Assistant is the first official Management rank. Employee Assistants help and train at training sessions and moderate at the Confectionery.
➳ Rank Limit: 25
Confectionery Supervisor
➳ Supervisor is able to assist with tickets, as well as assist at training sessions and moderate the Confectionery.
➳ Rank Limit: 15
Assistant Manager
➳ Assistant Manager is the first MR rank that is able to host training sessions. They should be assisting lower Middle Rank’s and also assisting with LR reports as they are granted with group admin.

Patisserie Manager
➳Patisserie Manager should be hosting training sessions as well as recommending Kitchen Leader’s. They should be assisting lower Middle Rank’s and also assisting with LR reports as they are granted with group admin.

High Ranks
High Ranks are incredibly important for the flow of Candify. High Ranks are on there way to become Corporates and are looked closely upon.
Bakery Manager
➳ Bakery Manager is the first High Rank. Bakery Manager’s should be assisting in tickets and regularly hosting sessions.
➳ Rank Limit: 10
Board of Directors
➳ Board of Directors is a very important rank. They are regularly hosting shifts and sessions as well supporting in tickets.
➳ Rank Limit: 10
Administration Team
➳ Non Interned Administration Team members are the highest High Rank. They are looked closely upon my the Corporate team to see who is worthy of becoming a Corporate.

Corporates
High Ranks are incredibly important for the flow of Candify. High Ranks are on there way to become Corporates and are looked closely upon.
Corporate Intern
➳ Corporate Intern is the first Corporate rank. They are trainees in a department and work hard to become a Junior Corporate.
➳ Rank Limit: 10
Junior Corporate
➳ Junior Corporate is an official member of a department, usually a Co-Lead. They are a necessity to Candify’s Success.
➳ Rank Limit: 7
Senior Corporate
➳ Senior Corporate is a rank that is very hard worked for. They usually lead a department and have a huge say in major decisions.

Requirements:

୨୧ 100 Discord members.
୨୧ Must be some sort of roleplay group. (Cannot be a military group)
୨୧ A good reputation amongst the Roblox Community.
୨୧ Must have a smooth operation.
୨୧ Must be somewhat active.
