Cannot access "Removal Requests" tab in "Intellectual Property"

When I try to access the “Removal Requests” or “Profile” page, it keeps loading and never finishes.
In the browser console, it looks like I’m getting an error 403 (Forbidden) with this API: “https://apis.roblox.com/rights-management-api/rights/v1/account//ip_families?page_size=100”
