The questionnaire validation failed. There are missing or invalid answers, please review all questions and ensure they are answered.
Doesn’t matter what I select, it’ll still give the error.
I just tested and it doesn’t work on Google Chrome or Firefox.

One category had more than one question when all the others didn’t so I missed that question. It seems the entire questionnaire is formatted differently now so that seems like a harder mistake to make.
