Whenever I try to make a ticket through Roblox Support, I always end up being redirected to the AI chatbot instead of actually making a ticket for my request. The AI chatbot then ends up giving me completely wrong information and asks me two questions before doing absolutely nothing. I practically end up speaking with a brick wall. Here’s a devforum post I made on this that might give more context: Trying to use the Roblox Support page to create a ticket for my issue only gets me to the AI chatbot and doesn't lead me anywhere
I’ve tried weekly for four weeks, and I have reached the AI every single time. Somebody on this post says that they could get through to making a ticket, I have not had that chance. Here’s new screenshots I’m taking for this occasion, as evidence that it’s still happening even a month later:
The ticket I’m trying to create
Here’s what the AI bot said on this occasion, it ends up spreading misinformation roughly 99% of the time and does not help. It eventually ends up asking me if I want to remove the 2FA method on my account and asks me to confirm that my username is moonfloww, and then says that it couldn’t verify that the account belonged to me:
Browser Information: This always happens regardless of browser, at least in my experience. I’ve tried to create a ticket on my phone to no avail, going as far as to even try from another relative’s phone, and I’ve always ended up reaching the AI instead. Here’s the browser information of my main device regardless though:
Firefox 145 on Windows 10 (I use Windows 11, but that’s what whatismybrowser.com said? Don’t know why)
System Information:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500X 6-Core Processor
Memory: 16GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
(not sure if any of this matters but oh well)
Expected behavior
I’d expect attempting to make a ticket through Roblox Support to actually make a ticket instead of sending me to the AI chatbot that spreads completely wrong information and prevents me from making a ticket.
